Sp9 Platform Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the sp9 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the sp9 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sp9 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The sp9 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. sp9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the sp9 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:

• Not to use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian or applicable international laws.
• Not to use automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to manipulate sp9's betting system, games, or transactions.
• Not to attempt to exploit any system errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not to spread false information, make defamatory statements, or post content that damages the reputation of sp9 or other users.
• Not to transfer funds or winnings between accounts with the intent of circumventing identity verification or anti-money laundering processes.
• Not to allow any other party to use your sp9 account for any reason.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with the freezing of account funds pending further investigation. sp9 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

Sp9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, sp9 reserves the right to withhold account funds pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the sp9 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.

Limitation of Liability

Sp9 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or factors beyond the platform's control. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, sp9's liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sp9 platform — including designs, logos, text, software, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of sp9 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any sp9 content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The sp9 platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services. sp9 does not guarantee, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
